ELITE Homes by Vajra estates in ITPL
Q: Anyone knows about Vajra developers ? I am planing to book a flat in there latest project "ELITE Homes" behind ITPL. Please let me know if any one booked or planing to book ?

Hi Rahul, Did they launch the project? What are the units the project is offering?
Yes, I have booked a flat in Elite homes. i feel the deal which happened was genuine because the project is on time and I got a good legal opinion from my advocate.

Hi Shreesha Kumar, Hav you booked a flat in Elite Home. And did you verify the document? I am having a doubt over OC and type of Khata we will get. I dont think we wil get A-Khata or OC for the flat. I a planning to book a flat in couple of days.. You input will be helpful. -Ashok (9880391123)
