Are you looking for a flat in GM Reddys Royale? If yes there is only a 2 BHK apartment available in the same and the price is around Rs 53 lakhs.

If I am not wrong Sri Reddy Developers had completed a project called Sri Reddys Splendid and the project is located at Sarjapur Road.
splendid is next to spencer's close to sarjapur ring road.. i ve seen it.. construction quality is what i am also interested to know

Am yet to check the locality, can some one please let me know how good it is? I for sure know bellandur lake has become sewage disposal place and passing through the lake is pain.
