Construction Delay in casa rio Nautica E- wing !!!!
Q: Hi I have booked a flat in casa rio Nautica E-wing!!! lodha promised to deliver by 2013 but they haven't started yet...Any body have any update on this wing??? Anupam Sarkar.

I got a call today saying the project is further delayed and possession is now scheduled in Jan 2015. Almost all the money has been taken, all slabs are done, brick construction is done and yet they are saying it will take 1.5 more year.
