I have had a very bad experience at aahika
Q: I am currently staying at aahika apartments, bannerghatta road. The maintenance there is pathetic. No maintenance staff present at all. My owner has paid the full maintenance charges for one year, and this is causing the builder to take things lightly. My owner is asking me to pay the maintenance since he has already paid it. I dont want to pay since there is no maintenance at the project at all.
