Suggestions needed for investing in Gem Grove project
Q: Hello people... I am planning to book an apartment in Gem Grove, Padur (OMR), Chennai... but I have been hearing bad reviews at the same time... Please suggest what to do.. Thank you

why did I book here.?? LUXURY HAS NEVER BEEN SO AFFORDABLE….?I wonder when will i be let to see my apartment for visit. I don’t have the same trust and hope that I had initially on The Gem Grove. Misrepresenting graphic works and marketing.
Even i have the same question now. There has been considerable amount of delay in the project delivery and there is no one to explain the reason for the delay or the revised delivery date. Everytime when we contact we have been promised a delivery in 2 months since the beginning of the year. But that date is not in sight yet. Even site visits are denied. Now a days i feel, i made a wrong decision.
