Hi, I have recently booked a flat in Icon Linera. As all of you have already booked a flat. I have few queries.. The builder has not given gas pipe line which is a basic amenity these days. If we unite and request them, it's still possible that they will consider it and make a provision for gas pipeline. Otherwise, gas cylinder will take unnecessary place in kitchen.. The possession date quoted is June 2014... Also, have any of you opted for extra electric points? and L-shaped Granite platform in kitchen. Do they charge extra for all of this?
