Q: Hi, i am planning to book a flat in Myhna new project @ varthur. Can anyone who has booked flat in myhna mandevill @ kundanhalli date give me feedback about this builder & current project. Hi All, I had checked on the 3BHKs availability. All of them are west facing:(. Rates sound to be good for that area and locality. Still not sure about the builder, has anyone got an idea of the builder. Their old project in Kundanahalli is a small one and this is the first big project they have in Bangalore. I have been told that OC, CC will be given and have tie up with SBI and SBM. Assuming SBI and SBM would have done decent checks on the documentation, does this project sound OK?
