i m looking to buy 2bhk in ambegaon budruk. now it is costing me approx.50L for 1000 sqft area.
Q: please suggest to area to buy 2bhk with respect to futur prices. need to know about futur apprication prices for following areas. ambegon budruk, wadgaon budruk or Market Yard Annexe(behind gangadham society). i m looking to buy 2bhk in ambegaon budruk. now it is costing me approx.50L for 1000 sqft.please guide which will be good area in context to future prices out of following. ambegon budruk, wadgaon budruk or Market Yard Annexe(behind gangadham society). which area should i prefer to buy the flat. thanks, pravin thanks, pravin

how about the futur of Market Yard Annexe(behind gangadham society) area. there is project called Aster Trinity, 1042 sqft 2bhk flat costs for 50 Lac now and it includes the basic amenities except swimming pool. The project is near the Kumar Prithavi behind the gangadham soceity.? please guide me becuase i am planning to book this flat.
