Q: Hi all, I am Sunil Pandey from Chembur... I am Looking for residential flats in thane dist (western side). I have a budget of 35-45 lacs (loan sanctioned by Bank). Please can any help me to find our property?

I bought my flat in Ravi Group Gaurav Excellency at Mira Road on Feb’ 2012 at the cost of 5100 per sq feet which came to 34.5 lacs – flat cost plus taxes. Right now the rates running are 6200 per sq feet.
