Greendale Phase II Commencement Certificate
Q: Hello, I just booked a flat in Greendale Phase II, and while going through the documents found that the Commencement Certificate is partial...has anybody faced any problems with this? Also, Does anybody know whether the residents in Greendale Phase I have got their Occupancy certificates yet?

i am planning to book a flat here at Oceanus Greendale but im worried about the partial CC.What does it mean? Can it lead to some problems while selling the flat.
