Q: The Kitchen happens to be on the elevation side of the property. Due to small space, we are looking to break the utility area and close out the walls. However, the engineer declined saying that it cannot be done and tha It will be difficult to get the occupancy certificate which makes sense. So the question is, post OC, can the PUSCHASER makse such changes? Whats are the implications to it? If yes, what is the way to go about doing it? That flat is on the 4th floor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Latest Answer: Hi Guys, if anyone can help or is aware of such situation please do give your valuable opinion. Many Thanks
