We bought a plot in ICON Malgudi in 2012, there is no development from then. ICON management dont even bother to answer or reply to queries made by customer. Manmohan Director of ICON promised to complete the development by 2014, we had a discussion on may 2014. But nothing has changed from 2012. Looks like there are some financial issues with Srinivas reddy owner of Hosala and ICON. I suggest no one to buy plot from ICON or its other projects.
