Hello Every one, I had a query .. we were planning to go for a flat in lodha splendora. I wanted to know like i havent gone yet what all things should we take care of ?? should we go 4 a legal adviser ?? how is the whole procedure of buying the flat ?? and what all clauses can we negotiate on ??
Check list before buying a flat:1) Check for price of property currently going on in that location
2) Check if the property you are purchasing has well maintained society registered properly so that most of the legal matters are taken care and you are at lower risk of being cheated.
3) You should check both the original and also previous sale documents before booking the flat.
4) Check if the property is approved by CIDCO or not. You should all check if all the previuos dues have been paid.
well i ll be buying an under construction property. still ineed to check the same documents which u have just mentioned?

I am confused between Lodha splendora and Rustom jee urbania. Which 1 to go for .. which project is coming up better and as an investment which 1 would be more profitable. Your views and points would be really appreciated.
Hi Raj, Both the project seems to be good but I feel the price of an apartment in Lodha Splendora is little cheaper than Rustomjee Urbania.
Yes sandeep first of all thank you for the advice but i am hearing a lot of bad reviews for lodha splendora though it was my first choice but now i am really confused. and lodha being so far in the end of godhbandar rd. will it show good appreciation in the future ?

Hey Everyone!!! There is no doubt that the construction is very good so is the amenities but I heard that there is a delay is the possession.
