the builder of Vardhman Gardenia are definitely not a transparent organisation and they force you to make sign papers for their advantage. They have made a demand which is totally not in line with buyer's agreement and INSTEAD of replying to any of your queries... they harass you. They have increased the area and collected payment basis increased payment ... and inspite of repeated promises even after 2 months they have not given any drawings or any suport to prove the enhanced area charged by them. they have collected charged on enhanced basis for every item and no justification or supportings given by them for same also. they are not even willing to give OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE. its high time that all the applicants/occupants unite and take a legal action against the builder .the builder of Vardhman Gardenia are definitely not a transparent organisation and they force you to make sign papers for their advantage.
