Ozone Urbana (or other equivalent big builders) is selling plots in the range of 3000+. Is it really worth? I'm aware that Business Park/ IT parks etc. I still do not see any major signs of any such reality on the grounds. Most of the people buying in Devanahalli is for investment and not for serious dwelling. How many years it will take to even double? Is Devanahalli just a hype, which is already oversold?

Can we expect the other facilities like ITES,Commercial space,Hospital etc in the next 3 years ?

Hi Jak, The project is a township project and it will have all the modern amenities.T he locality bears crown for having Benaguluru International Airport, the second largest of its kind in India.Infrastructures like; IT parks, multi-billion Dollar Devanahalli Business Park, Aerospace park and Science park. So future appreciation can be expected.

The project Ozone Urbana Aqua is going to get completed by 2015. They have introduced three new towers F,G and H which is in pre launch stage and they are also giving offers like you pay 20 percent at the time of booking and rest 80 percent after possession.
Thanks Indrajit . Is anyone here who invested in the ABCD towers ? Are they happy with the progress ? Any idea about the rental return you can expect here after 2 years ?
