I have seen isha infra misty green project in whitefeild. The plan looks good for me. I am not sure about the builder and would like to know any issues regarding this project. Kindly give suggestions..

You are the first person whose comments are giving me some positive vibes :) Actually i have also booked a 3BHK (1436 sq ft) flat here. I haven't done the agreement till now, now they are pressurizing to do the agreement, still i am confused about these three things:
1) Builder's Credibility == Previous projects, is he a fraud ?? How reliable is the builder ??
2) Construction Quality == How will be the construction quality of this builder ?? Construction material ??
3) Timely delivery of the project or delaying the project ?? == This is a very big project, how much you are assure that he will give by the time, he is promising to ??

I visited the misty green project yesterday and looks like all of us are stuck on the same point. Is this builder credible and what will be the overall quality of the project. I tried to do some internet research on this builder like im certain all of you would have tried and it really does not turn up a lot.
their parent company Vandana infra seems to have been in this field for a while with some projects but i also found this feedback in a forum

I think the misty green project is in a great location (esp after the road is done) and looks like this project will appreciate . So even if i buy it now and for some reason offload it in 2015 i will still make a profit.
Since i'm looking for a house to live in and not resale for the moment it looks like i'm also super stuck on this project and not certain how to proceed.

Hi All, Even I am planning to buy 2bhk in Isha Misy Green, I had a chat with the online agent( the chat site which pops up , when you log into Isha properties) , Chat lady told me , its approved by BBMP with occupancy certificate and zero deviation,kindly explain, what does that mean and how genuine the project is. Hi Yesterday we boked a 2 BHK (1227 sq ft.)apartment in Isha Misty Green. The ongoing rate is INR 2875 / Sq Ft and we negotated it for INR 2825. Currently SBI, HDFC, LIC and SBM are financing the project. The project is apoproved by BBMP and they have given us a complete set of documents including a copy of the land purchase agreement between the builder and the owners. I even spoke to SBI, HDFV and LIC to confirm if they are funding the project and even visited SBI. Everything seems to be in order so far. I'll be completeing the agreement to sae and laon documentation this week and hope to get the loan (construction linked) sanctioned by end of next week.
