Q:
I have booked a flat in LDA srishti apartment flat Kursi rd scheme 3 years back. Can any one please tell me what is the status of project. LDA people even do not pick the phone.
We recently visited the site 2 days back. The work is in progress, though very slow. We asked the guards and they confirmed that all the "thekedaars" of the builder have still not turned up on the site. Only the new ones have started work, hence the work is slow. Most of the other "thekedaars' are expected to arrive after Vishwakarma Puja around Diwali. We recently visited the site 2 days back. The work is in progress, though very slow. My comments to replies
Hello all
I have been following this discussion occasionally, not witnessing much progress as of yet.
I am one of the owners currently out of Lucknow, due to visit the construction site in April 2015 and also enquire about its status at LDA personally.
Is anyone interested in legal action against LDA on this matter, should there be no reasonable progress till my visit?
Please bear in mind that my time and resources are as valuable as yours, so no time wasters, and clearly this will need funding.
Please reply here - and I will chase up emails, phones etc of the interested parties.
Cheers

I hope what Mr Rakesh is stating turns true. The wait has already been too long.

Continuing my last comment,
Following are the steps:
1. Keep writing weekly mail to LDA official about status, and remuneration for delayed project.
2. We will write emails to Chief minister and secretary also. These two activities for next 2 months.
3. After that a simple case can be filed based on letters, emails etc.
Any other suggestions welcomed.
Thanks Rakesh ji..I am in for it.
Will write an email and share soon.
