Patel Colosus Work Progress
Q: Can anyone advise about Patel colosus work progess? Is it very slow? Is the property good for investment?

Many thanks Guys for the information. If you are existing investor, I would like to know more details like What is the current progress? Is it part of SRA? I stay in Pune so I am looking for investment but I am looking for safe investment. FYI.. I have been to kalyan 8-10 months before and visited the project. Its looks good to me. They were working on Plinth. Last I come to know from my colleague who stays in kalyan that still plinth work is going on. Thus it makes me little worried... Sorry for asking too many questions but I started my IT carrier 2 years and only daughter of my parents so little curious in taking decision. Q: Can any existing buyer update me Status of work progress of Patel Colosus? Is work is on hold? is seems they shifted office to new location. Can anyone update please?

I came to know through one of my friend who stays in Kalyan. From last one year the only plinth work on going on. I guess the work is on hold. Carpet Area for 1150 sq flat
Q: I have booking in Patel colosus - 2BHK . Total area is 1150. They gave me allotment letter which has carpet are of 683. They told me open area like Balcony , dry area not part of carpet area. Can any one help me in understanding if it is correct? Total area 1150 and carpet area 683 how it is possible?
