Hi,I am planning to book flat in sai poorna luxuria.
Q: I have few concerns. Like Sai Poorna builder does not make a kitchen, we have to build kitchen ourselves. Utility is within the flat itself i.e. not open space.Please let me know if there are any other drawbacks apart from this.Thanks

Hi...I am also interested in this property but could get the smell of garbage dump. I was not sure whether it is something temporary or it will be there. Bcoz if BBMP is throwing this dump, then i think it would not be a great idea to buy property in this area . Though not sure bcoz price seems attractive.
