I have calculated the carpet area, for 2 bhk, it is 493 sq ft inclusive of balconies. i.e. loading of 45%. we were told that it is only 20%, meaning we should have got around 720sq ft carpet/covered area. that means the prices are not as low as they seem. also, the open space is very less. there is no plan for a garden inside the locality. pl. comment.

d exact loadin for a 2 bhk flat is 35%.
n this is juz coz of low rise appt.
u cn c loadin is olwyz less in high rise appt.
small playing area is there.u cn say child park.

status of the project is:
2nd floor slab is going to start for 1 tower.
rest excavation is done for rest of the project.
