I bought two 3BHK flats in Misty Green at the end of Nov. They have provided me all the necessary documents and got it verified by the bank lawyer. They told all the documents looks good. I am also not sure about credibility of the builder and their quality of work. One of my friend who is in real estate staying in that area told good comments about this builder and so thought of give a shot.
