I recently visited this place to buy a plot and he quoted Rs.20k/sq yd and it's huda approved. There are similar plots in Puppalaguda as well. The plot is about 1-2km from registrar office of narsingi. it looks more like a slum though there's a school near by.There's a lot of open land there, which can lead to some constructions in future.
