Q: After 50 months of booking a flat in this project, the builder has only completed the basement slab. There is no commitment from the builder as to when the construction will restart.

Piyush, I visit the site every alternate month and have been regularly following up with the builder but none of there commitments so far holds true. As per my last discussion in June they have applied for project loan and will start the work soon.
