Delivery of product by builder
Q: Hi. I have booked a 3BHK flat in phase II. Do any one know about the construction activity of phase II.? Please share with me. They have promised April'2016. I heard that they will never deliver on time. Is it true.....? I heard from my friends that They have delayed OMR project for more than three years.

Hi even I had booked in Phase II 3BHK , need to know its start date, can anyone share the cost since I got booked at Rs4,075 per square feet during August of this year.
Hi, I have also booked a 3BRK, in phase-ii. Price is same as mentioned by you. Delivery expected is April,2016.I think Currently they are more focused on completion of phase-1 flats. ANANTH, Abudhabi, UAE
