Satheesh, how did come to know about the Innovative Petal litigation. Any good source? They are yet to approve. Seems to be a nice location. However, I am bit hesistant as it is nearby the lake. He promises to leave 65% of space. Is lake nearby a nuisance/problem n future? Any idea?Seems to be a nice location.
