I am an owner of a flat in RSK Orchid Garden, Navalur. I wish to connect with other buyers who have bought flats in this gated community. I feel there is a delay in the project completion and would welcome other's opinion in this project. There is also design flaw in the kitchen.
Hi Venu, I am also owner of a flat in RSK. Yes it is getting delayed. They are sticking to July 2013 for the past months. I am planning to form a group so that it will be easier to receive updates and communicate. Would you be interested?
why the initial buyers of RSK orchid gardens are putting pressure to get this project completed.. still 20 flats are still unsold from the land owner share of the JV. people are not preferring becos of poor progress.

Hi Venu..what is the date given by builder to complete this project...??
why the buyers are not putting pressure on RSK for completion having cross 2.5 years since start of the project.. it would take more than 6 months to get completion certificate looking at the current progress.
