Q: Can any one reveal on the quality of construction and response by the buidler overall. I heard high electricity bils, crack formation in the initial period, only 1 pipeline for the entire apartment water supply, no dish tv operators entertained etc...

My comments to replies
I am the owner of A4-429. There are cracks that appear in the buildings from time to time, the builder does not seem to be eager to fix them. They do not deliver what they promise until your literally bully them into doing so. On the other hand they do what you ask if you persist (really really hard, contact me for hearing about this). They are no saints among builders, anywhere esp. in India, they are all out to make a quick buck.
Hi Girish, How was your experience since then? I mean If were to buy an apartment now in Greenwood have things changed for better since you bought.. I just checked the property this Sunday and I could see the patch work near plumbing area on all the blocks. I also read somwhere in this forum that the site is under litigation. Appreciate your inputs.

Hey, What is the reason that you did not like the construction quality of the project? I have heard that they one of the reputed builder and have successfully completed many projects in Bangalore.
There are patchework cracks all over the buildings on all blocks, I checked with few residents and they are all complaining on poor fittings etc..are youa resident of the apartment ?

Q: Can the resident or prospective ones please let us know what are the pros and cons of buying an apartment in Janapriya Green wood. I liked the price but the building look shabbily built and the amenities are not yet ready..

As far as I know Janapriya is one of the reputed builder in the real estate industry. They have already completed around 25 projects in Hyderabad and Bangalore and fer projects are there which are in different stages of construction. Their motto is to create a win win situation by providing opportunities in new technologies, revising knowledge and lateral movement.
Well, the patch work for plastering and plumbing in two years of constrauction and the overall maintainence does speak much of their "Reputation". I need to know thw specifics of te property not somee all over the globe comment like this , as copy paste from thier website Thanks though,
