Embassy Pristine is situated near the highly contaminated lake.
Q: It floods in this area when it rains. The only road that is leading to this property is damaged and it is passing through Suncity aparmtents. There is a dispute on this with Suncity residents

Embassy Pristine: Latest update on problems?
Q: I am looking to buy a flat in Embassy Pristine, and I have heard a lot about the flooding of the approach road during rains. And also about the lake being really polluted, stinky etc. Does anyone have the latest update on this?
