Q: Hi, I am planning to book a plot here, but it seems they dont have all the approval yet. Is it ok to go ahead with it, any suggestions are welcome

When will they have all approvals and without approval it is very risky to buy projects in Bangalore. Is it A khata or B. I am confused. I will go for a site visit, when I visit this december.
