Q: Is anyone willing to sell 2 or 3 bed room apartments at Alliance Orchid Springs, please do let me know. I am interested in buying 2 or 3 bed room flats. Please quote the sq ft rate at which your planning to sell and also the name of the block.

Hi, Im planning to sell my 3 bedroom flat that I booked here as I a personal commitment came up. My flat's main details are : New apartment – 1718 sq. ft, 2nd floor, garden facing, near Annanagar, Korattur. Vijay Here. Filing a Case against Orchid Springs for non refund of Booking amount.
Q: Hi this is Vijay, I had booked a flat in Opal Block in Sep 2012. Sales excecitives offers exceptionally poor quality of service on queries On Scrutiny by my lawyer we found that a portion of the land is under dispute between the owners The sales persons are not responding to queries on cancellation of booking now. I am preparing a law suit against Orchid springs. Pls tell me if there is any one in my situation

Hi..you can join the owners group of Alliance Orchid Springs and discuss the same with other owners. You can together take action against builder.
There is another friend of mine facing ther same issue.
