Please dont believe the marketing people Farhan Rasheed and sayed even the bulder. Very rude to customers. Quality of construction is very poor. They will insult and cheat customers like anything. Quality of construction is very poor. Please dont buy any future of projects with them. I also bought the flat in passion elit 2. Farhan is very rude to customers and so cunning. Quality of construction is very poor. They used cheap material for doors windows. They will not stick to the commitment on handovering of the flats. They will cheat customers badly. They committed to all customers possession date on Sep 30 2013. At the end they started telling electricity transformer approval not came and some sewage issues. How can they commit to customers without having confirmation on basic approvals. They will simply escape contact with builder but they will not make customer to meet builder. Dont believe the marketing people they are so cunning and very rude.
