Hi Ansuman, If you are booking an under-construction property, you are required to receive an allotment letter from the builder. This letter includes all the details regarding the flat, the payment options and any extra charges that you may have to pay in case of maintenance or additional facilities. It also includes the construction schedule, house plans, delivery date and builders liability in case of late completion or problems after possession. Generally, it is issued to you upon payment of the 15% of the property value to the developer.

Hey Ansuman, i am planning to book a 2BHK flat of this project. What is the cost and the carpet area of 2BHK in K Hemani Uptown, kandivli? What is the asking price per square foot?
Hi Ramesh, Stated saleable area is 627 for i bhk with a carpet area of 386. Presently what I understand they have only one bhk where you can go for jodi flats. I believe they have stated the price @ 9700 presently. brgds/ansuman
