I am considering booking a flat in Tata Amantra, Kalyan. The location, is not bad considering accessibility, since it is situated just 100 meters away from high way NH_3. They are quoting 6100 psf now. It is 10-12 percent higher than some other builders comparable in the vicinity like Godrej, Lodha etc. Amantra has its own advantage. It is more of a trust in Tata as an as a company of some ethics that I have decided to book in this project. Otherwise, the terms and conditions laid down by the builders including the Tata housing, is one sided, always protecting the builders. It is disgusting, and is a disease in our system, which does not give sufficient immunity to the cunsumers. I am only hoping, Tata will deliver what they promise and on time and do not charge above what has been agrred upon.
