I JUST RECIEVED AN E-MAIL FROM GDA. SAING THAT "THERE ARE NO APPROVALS GIVEN TO RED APPLE HOMES"
THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING FOOL OF US AND MIGHT BE THESE PEOPLE RUN AWAY..
REQUEST YOU ALL TO GET ALONG AND GET HOLD OF THEM NOT INDIVIDUALLY, BUT WE ALL SHOULD TAKE TIME ON WEEK ENDS OR ANY TIME AND GO TO THEM..
I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN MAIL TO GDA THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE SAING THAT APPROVALS ARE THERE FROM GDA.

No Update till yet, I called them up yesterday and Mr. Mittal gave his cell to PA and she said that he is not available. She said that they will start construction by 15th of March. Now somebody should tell these silly people that you are not dealing in a small builder flat. you guys are developing a Society that too without any experience. you guys also give some information if anyone gets any clue.

Thats really good that you visited them, But the payment slip they are showing you is the payment they have made 2 years back and to each individual they are showing that slip only.
As far as the approval is concerned, I dont think they will get approvals in near future. IF they get the approval from GDA then they will go for Hindon Airbase approvals. So I dont think it to be a good deal, he has invested our money for 2 years and enjoyed a huge interest and now he himself want that we should remove money, thats why they are playing pranks with us.
lets all get together and go to their office and get all the things resolved. I also have some of my friends that are ready to do there. So we should all collate and go to their office. My no- 9266352120.

Subhash, you can invest in the same, but make sure you see their Approvals and cross verify. They are claiming that the Approvals have come, however some basic formalities with GDA is pending due to which they are not able to show their projest as GDA approved on their website.
I has a word with Mr. Praveen today morning and he was saying that the project has been approved, just basic formalities are pending.

Today I got a call from Red Apple guys, Praveen was not available thetefore somebody named as Manoj called me up and briefed about the approval status.. He said that the approval has been signed by Authorized Signatory/VC of GDA.
