Q: Hi, I was looking at a couple of project in Sector 89 and 89A.. How is the area and is this sector good??

Hi, Location Sector 89 Gurgaon is one of the best in upcoming times because of the following Reasons:- Proximity to NH8 just 1 to 1.5 Km, Right on Central Corridor connecting Dwarka Expressway to Manaser Industrial Town, Proximity to Patudi Road, KMP expressway, Projects Few Reputed Developers like Tulip, 3C, Orris and Lotus having their project in these location having High Rises and Independent Floors Resale Rate is approx to 4900 to 5200/sqft Project like 3C was launched at around 4200 to 4300 /sqft around 1.5 Year Back and have good appreciation and in proximity Reputed Builder like vatika having 700 Acres Township, Bestech project like Ananda, Sanskriti, etc, DLF New town Height,Regal Garden, Primus etc also will this location very good in terms of investment and end use point of view. Q: I want to know the price of the plots by the vatika group

Q: Is sector 99 a good area to invest in?? How is this sector and what kind of appreciation can i see??

Sector 99 Gurgaon Location is Average It will be once the Dwarka Expressway will be operational in almost mid way This Location is having proximity to NH8 APPROX 2 TO 2.5 kM, RIGHT ON DWARKA EXPRESSWAY, CLOSE TO PATUDI ROAD, BUT SURROUNDED BY sectors Like 37C AND D, BPTP AMSTORIA having villas and independent Floors, In Sector 99 Project like Assotech Blith, Cosmos Express 99, QVC Plots etc having their project It will take time to Set up Social Infrastructure in this location and there is also proximity of Railway Junction that will create nuisance for people will live their. Location is average Not very much apt from End Use and Investment, On Similar Rates locations like New Gurgaon Will give relatively more appreciation in Short and Long Term as there are proximity to NH8, KMP Expressway, Dwarka Expressway, and Builders like DLF, vatika etc are there that location fetch more premium in the future compare to sector 99.
