The situation is not bad but what I feel is intentionally made worst by the builder. I still remember how I was impressed with the quality of furnishing of sample flats and the few flats that I had seen in building A before making my decision and now I regret to see what quality he has provided. Visiting building C can surely give how he had categorically started to chop down quality and services once the amount was paid. Many entrusted money hoping get house that they dream of and finally to get cheated with the quality that was provided. The nightmare didn't end there, post possession the maintenance amount claimed to be exhaust in one year by the builder. The promised amenities are not there, the club house which was build at the end (just 9-11 months back) already started to come apart with all rooms leaking and plaster coming out.
