Q: What do you feel will be the rate PSF after 2 yrs since as of now there is very little development in the area in terms of malls, schools, hospitals, residential complexes etc.

My comments to replies
I am considering booking a flat in Tata Amantra, Kalyan. The location, is not bad considering accessibility, since it is situated just 100 meters away from high way NH_3. They are quoting 6100 psf now. It is 10-12 percent higher than some other builders comparable in the vicinity like Godrej, Lodha etc. Amantra has its own advantage. It is more of a trust in Tata as an as a company of some ethics that I have decided to book in this project. Otherwise, the terms and conditions laid down by the builders including the Tata housing, is one sided, always protecting the builders. It is disgusting, and is a disease in our system, which does not give sufficient immunity to the cunsumers. I am only hoping, Tata will deliver what they promise and on time and do not charge above what has been agrred upon. I wish to know whether any one else booked in Tata Amantra and whether we can come together and keep updating our experiences.
Hi Parvati, I am planing to book flat in month of October . I am coming to India for few days so I will be greatful to you if you please suggest how is the location and transportation.
