I have cancelled flat in Vatika because of parking issue, once you booked they will not agree with their parking commitment also they will ask you some part of payment in cash.... what is the psf rate you got?

Has anybody taken open parking as I have booked recently they are saying no covered parking available and do they mention open parking as reserved open in agreement since they have said they will give reserved open parking. Please guide me here.Hi All
