@Rajiv: Base rate Rs 2350/sqft which is negotiable. E-block is almost booked. They are going to launch D-Block which will bit higher but of course negotiable.

@Rajeev: Possession will be given block wise and E-block is expected by 2016. Total project completion duration is 3 years with all amenities. Basement and stilt completed for E-block. First floor is about to finish.

I have verified the approval of this project. It's approved by BMRDA (anekal planning authority). same can be checked on anekal-pa.in - List of Layouts -- Serial number 397 (site is having bug so first open some other link on that page and then try to open List of Layouts)

I booked 3-BHK flat in Malind Tropika Gardens. Got legal document and till now everything is fine. Sales person is also nice and supportive. I would recommend this project as they have one of the best plan on Chandapura-Anekal road. Rate is negotiable.
