is this aryan apartment is authentic since till now there is no site office established and also loan facility is not available. apart from that 'Quality builders' profile is also not available. Can you suggest something.

yes the project is good but what about the carpet area they are offering. with 900 sq ft project they are offering only 480 sq ft carpet area which is very less compared to other builders. means the loading for the project is approx 50 % which is not understandable. atleast for 900 sq ft flat the carpet area should be minimum 650 sq ft.
