I have booked a flat already. I felt little sad initially, when i requested for couple of change; they said it is chargeable smaller additions and no refund/compensate for removing bigger utilities. Customer facing folks are little stringent favoring on builder side :( Rest seems ok now. They have promised for oc,a-khata, so i have proceeded.I have booked a flat already. What about issuing of Occupancy Certificates??? I got info that there is some legal issue with Symphony Project ..... Has anyone inquired any lawyer??
