I have a big part of land on the same place in P-II Zone and i am sure its value is going to rise very high soon. And i even heard about Revanta Welfare Society. They are doing very well. Its the first time some welfare society is providing servant quarter with evry class of apartment. You are going on the right way, just go n invest.

I am a Representative of Revanta Welfare Society. My previous work record has been with developers & builders only .But When I got to know about P 2 Zone and its future prospects ,my curiosity and interest to work for this zone ,brought me to Revanta Welfare Society .I am not saying as if they are the best society but genuinely with my past 10 years of experience in real estate sector and my conscience I found it trustworthy people who are in governing body of Revanta ,they have good background and track record , and most of all genuineness with transparency.
