Plot / Land to buy in Hyderabad
Q: Hello Frds! I am planning to buy Plot / Land around hyderabad and this is purely investment purpose which I am not going touch it for many years(possible 8 to 10 years) . So with the market touching ground level, which is the best place to buy?? I am fine a bit outside of the city as well. pls advice friends. ( Miyapur or Manikonda or Shankarpalli)??

Good to know Sumanth. Budget it all depends on the Locality and if the price is cheaper can go little more....lets say i am looking at 400 sq yd or more. I see many AD's in common floor and looks like they are decent and it is expected to go a bit down looks like..Good to know Sumanth. Hi All, Even I am looking for similar investment, can you please let me know the area names ... so that I can search for AD's.
Good to know Naveen. Common floor, 99 acres i am seeing. Since i am in diff city its quite difficult for me. But it is always best to go ground level and ask the people for prices. So that u always know which is right price for investment. good hunting and if u come across anything let us know too.
