HDIL will delay the project, they claim that the 42 storey tower will come, but the rusted rebars used for the columns without any anti rust coating. they delay the project ,earlier to some they said possession in 2012 and some others it was 2015!! they demand back 20% with some and 40% with some also nil to someone. they may delay the project beyond 2015. As per last survey in NOV 2011, they have not sold even 15% of flats. They confirmed to me personally that they do not encourage brokers, but i surprised to lot of brokers are working for them. regards.
recently I got a letter from them stating that podium level 2 is also completed and we are asked to pay our next instalment accordingly. Looks like they have increased the speed of the work. DEAR OWNER OF WHISPERING TOWER -HDIL, One has to speak now loudly rather than whispering. It is already 2 years over, no progress, just last month they started some activities, also heard they demand more for car park 7 lakh, than the agreed amount of 5 lakh during booking. Hi, tried joining the owner group by filling up the details like, flat no.. house etc. please advise what to write in house...tab. cannot move further without filling the house and its not accepting my block number.. pls some one advise.
