Hi, I saw Mahaveer Amaze near Chaitanya Anananya Villas. Project has 2 and 3 BHK's and costing Rs 3250 per sq ft..
Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?

I have still not paid the booking amount . I believe they have got all the docs now. will go to them today and complete the formalities if all the docs are available. Hi All, I got a call from Kavan saying that SBI has approved the loan and that I can go ahead with the 20% amount payment. My lawyer is still doing the legal checks and will back to me in couple of days.
