Q: Hi..has anyone booked apartment in this project..what is the best price per sqft..pls post if you have any info to shared about this project..

Hi Abishek, we booked the flat for 3400 per square feet when we booked two. He is not negotiating more. basically I feel it depends on his mood :) and so u can try ur own. there are negotiation chances I guess. I am feeling bit nervous now reading all these craps for the builder. Please tell me whatever you know about him as my booking amount had already been deducted. :(
Has anyone verified papers? Has anyone made an agreement?
