Any one have idea, when the Neptune 100 above project costruction will start?
Q: Project launched long time before but still the construction is not stared. How is project? Should we buy property in it?

They are now selling Flying Kite, ad in Times of India, 10th oct, 7th Page. I believe they will do something only after they are able to sale remaining units in Flying Kites which is next to 100 above. They are struggling to sale the same. When will this project start? This was launched in 2010

Hi all, Currently they are saying that the possession date will be December'2017 but i don't think that this will happen this time.
In 2010 they said possession is in 2014, in 2014 they are saying 2017, What is reliable? A sper Mumbai Mirrir Some investors in Neptunes Group another project in Thane have filed a case of cheating against the owners. What is to be believed then
