I have some queries :- 1. Why there is no Advertisement of Revanta Welfare Society in any leading newsaper or any nationalise TV channel? 2. I couldn't find any policy on DDA website or anywhere regarding this PPP , yeah there are some news about the same in newspaper or online but no policy document is available 3. Even if there is some policy existing , there will be development required in 8 zones that are said as above to be approved. DDA can not approve all the areas together, they will complete it in phases and how come we are sure that P2 zone will be the first one. It may not be completed in next 20 years. 4. If this policy is such luring why no big developer is there namely DLF, Ireo or Raheja etc. are they sleeping. 5. When I ask most of the above quetions or some similar quetions to concerned people they say, the builder has invested so much so they will come up with some property for sure. but I think they have already taken the money from members and enjoying interstI have some queries :- 1.
