As discussed with Parveen Mittal on the Saturday,Approval has passed by GDA till 9th floor.
and they have to deposit huge amount to get the Release document for it. So Mr. Mittal said that within 10 days they will deposit the amount for the same and get the Approval Document. after that on behalf of that document they will send the Demanding letter to all for depositing the 2nd Payment as per their Booking plan.So guys lets wait to be pass this month and then will again contact to them.

In Feb I met to Mr Mittal and he said to me that within 10 days we will start sending demand letter because we have got the approval but now he says it will take some more time.

Hello!! I had also booked one flat over there August 2012 on first floor and approvals had come already according to them. They had shown me one slip of payment and may be today or any time they get the approval letter in hand. wait there and take a good return. Hardly we had given them maximum 2 lakhs and you all heard these lines that "SABAR KA FAL MEETHA HOTA HA" so wait and watch. If they are cheaters then they should run threw from there after taking our money may be some genuine issue will be there. come over there and meet with Mr. Parveen Mittal he will definately tell you the exact situation and stage of approvals. This is my advice to all of you.
