Hi All..I have booked a flat in Mahaveer Willet and have gotten the papers checked by my lawyer. The lawyer advised that the land on which the apartments are being built was bought by the landowner at a government auction at an upset price from a person belonging to SC/ST denomination. Apparently the builder needs to furnish some kind of government permission for the purchase of such land from an SC/ST denomination person. The builder does not have such permission.
